Her teaching method includes elements from different disciplines such as: Conditioning: A training that combines strengh and coordination exercises that warm-up the body. Physicaly challenging, the training engages the mind testing its endurance. Soft Acrobatics and floorwork: A gentle approach to acrobatics, avoiding impacts on the body working with inversions, handstands and bridges. Getting the body used to be uspide down. Linking the acrobatics to the floorwork to give them a soft quality. Physical Theatre: The work focuses on how to build a character using movement as an emotional motor. Within the means of improvisations and creation tasks, the aim is to explore the natural choices and dynamics of movement in each individual, working with or against it. Linking the physicality with an exploration of the voice as well. |
